As the winner of the First Date category at the 2023 Glass of Bubbly Champagne & Sparkling Wine Awards, the current 2020 vintage, with it's delicate pink hue, is perfect for toasting your loved one this Valentine's Day.

As the judges at the Glass of Bubbly Awards commented, 'Its the perfect wine to accompany that first date. Nothing too complex and not necessarily a wine that needs to pair with exact foods.’

With a concentrated strawberry and redcurrant nose from the Pinot Noir grapes in the blend, the summer of 2020 gave us creamy red fruit on the palate with notes of crushed red rose petals, apple skins, white cherry and white peach aromas. Tasting notes aside, we believe this Rosé delivers joy in every mouthful, leaving you reaching for another glass, and perfectly suits a moment of celebration.

If you're looking to dine with your loved one, The Winery Restaurant is offering a six course tasting menu with a glass of Squerryes Rosé on arrival, plus an optional wine pairing to truly enhance your evening. Book in today to reserve your table, or if you'd prefer to celebrate at the weekend, the menu will also be available on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th February (please make sure to pre-book and request this menu in the booking notes).

Send a gift to someone special

Or if you're looking to make someone's day with a special delivery from Squerryes, we have a couple of hampers beautifully put together with indulgent treats, scented candles and wine, hand selected with items from artisan producers. You can opt to collect these from The Estate Deli or have them delivered straight to the door of your loved one. We can also deliver a bottle of Squerryes Rosé to your loved one in a branded Squerryes wooden box for a thoughtful gift. Please note that to guarantee delivery on Wednesday 14th December, all orders must be placed by the end of Monday 12th February.
