As our vines enter dormancy and the winery is humming with activity processing the latest vintage, there’s no better time to visit and taste our wines under the guidance of one of our knowledgeable ambassadors.
Over the winter months you'll learn about the process of making a traditional method wine, the importance of time and patience, and identify the nuances and characteristics of 3 of our vintage sparkling wines. Each wine will be paired with a bouchée from our Tasting Bar menu, which has been designed with our wines in mind. Experience lasts 1 hour.

Terms and conditions: Please note that your booking can be cancelled or moved up until 14 days prior to your booking, after which tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. While the vines are dormant, we offer a combined lunch and wine tasting experience on a Thursday and Friday.
From the warmth and comfort of the beautiful Cork Room, surrounded by artefacts and the characters that have defined Squerryes over the last 300 years, you'll taste three of our vintage sparkling wines, learn about the winemaking part of our business, and how time and terroir have influenced the flavour and style of each of the vintage wines we produce. After your tasting, take a seat for lunch in the Squerryes Winery Restaurant, for two courses of a delicious, seasonal set menu.
