We'll be rolling up the carpet and welcoming Squerryes' favourite DJ, Marcel Mendez, to get the party started this New Year's Eve. With canapés and a glass of Squerryes Brut to start your evening, the bar will be open and the dancing will be the order of the night. Raise a glass of whisky to the poet Robert Burns with a six-course tasting menu and optional drnk pairings. In partnership with Remy-Cointreau, using whisky and gin distilled on the Isle of Islay, the menu is inspired by traditional Scottish recipes and draws on seasonal ingredients from the Squerryes Estate.
